This review does not reflect any employee currently at EAG. The writer is encouraged to accurately reflect their employment status with EAG. To be clear, employees cannot just come in as they please. EAG does offer flexibility in scheduling but all employees have work schedules. The promotions, merits and bonuses have absolutely no pattern of favoritism towards “cool kids”, They are based on performance, and potential and positioning against market rates. are here every day and highly involved with the day to day. The leadership team is engaged with their teams, always answering questions and helping. This alleged disconnect just isn’t true.

The vice president of chemistry (who is the manager of the STL labs) is conflict-avoidant. This created some issues when trying to set boundaries and also tended to make problems worse, since a few issues involved needing conflict resolution.
