Thanks for your advice on communication. This comment dates back to the time of the acquisition of EAG by Eurofins. Hopefully by now, it is all making sense. We hope you are liking the quarterly “All hands” meeting that explains our strategy and vision. Your direct team should also be having regular meetings that allow discussion, and questions. If you are still feeling left out, please talk to your local HR representative.

Interesting work, total chaos

Pros

The work is very interesting, and you learn a lot. There are some great people who work there who are kind and smart and make work enjoyable.

Cons

no processes in place, most people not willing to work as a team, no one has authority to make decisions, was purchased by a large company that continues to acquire companies, making integration, and process implementation near to impossible. Company is not willing to spend money to make money.
