      Pros

      Lower management looks out for the individual, pay is pretty competitive, and good benefits. As long as you are willing to work hard long hours promotions will come easy.

      Cons

      Upper management is all about the clients, the individual worker is at the very bottom of their list. They are good about getting rid of hard workers because the client doesn't want them working on their projects
