good technical services, broad knowledge engineers in all techniques, all kinds of surface analysis techniques provided to customers, experienced scientists with long experience, a lot experts have more than 20 years experience nice team worker, everybody so friendly, taste snack bar provided

long term business goal need to be set up, need better benifit for employees, especially the senior experts with many years experience for analysis and client service
