Fellow employees are fine. Management are the problem. Employees and management are very knowledgeable in their field.

Cons

CRO lab. Management regard employees as peons and have instituted a company culture more akin to a correctional facility than a team environment. Some groups within the company are better then others. One of the directors is notorious, never loses an opportunity to vent frustration, has a very poor or possibly absent sense of personal boundaries, lacks respect for fellow human beings and is to be avoided. Beware.
