      The co-workers are the only good thing about this company.

      Cons

      If you weren't buddy buddy with the owner he'd fire you if you made one mistake...no second chances. I worked there for about a year and a half. The training for horrible, I couldn't get out of there fast enough! The benefits were a joke. Not much nice to say about this company.

      The people are kind. They paid for Project Management Training external

      The most unprofessional atmosphere I have ever worked in. No HR to protect employees. No training provided , Pay is horrible, Turn over of 23 people in less than 2 years. They lie to their customers about products that do not exist. Management plays games with peoples lives and works employees against one another.

      Nice people, smaller company, decent benefits

      The turnover is horrible, there seems to be a lot of back stabbing. New employees that come in get very little training, and then when they don't get it, he fires them
