      Pros

      Decent pay, owner's mother and sister are nice

      Cons

      Everything. A complete nightmare workplace. Constant threat of dismissal as evidenced by the insane turnover records. No transparency or consistency in operation. Avoid at all costs.

      Some of the employees are great if you can trust them.

      Cons

      Ownership and majority of the management is horrible. No training on the products they sell. You are always looking over your shoulder to see if you are the next one to go.
