      Pros

      I am quite fond of my position at EBE. I feel appreciated for the hard work and effort I put in, which is really important to me. I love being able to learn and grow, and I’m still able to have a great balance between work and home life along with my hobbies. My coworkers are some of the most kind hearted people I have worked with.

      Cons

      Some days projects feel like they pile on at once or things come up quite quickly.

      the employees were pretty great and the pay was comprable

      This is without a doubt the worse place I ever worked.....there is not any kind of consistency---the owner thinks he can manage people, but he is sorrily mistaken....he frequent outbursts and temper tantrums only speak to his horrible managing---things change daily depending on his mood and who he likes that day. Awful environment, watching managers get fired constantly on a whim. do not work here!!!!!

      The co-workers are the only good thing about this company.

      If you weren't buddy buddy with the owner he'd fire you if you made one mistake...no second chances. I worked there for about a year and a half. The training for horrible, I couldn't get out of there fast enough! The benefits were a joke. Not much nice to say about this company.
