Pros
Smaller company with lots of family vibe. Great support from sales people and inside staff. Excellent company culture, it's been a lot of fun!
Cons
This criticism if more about the business of entertaining than EBE. In tough economic times, both corporate and social functions decline. Corporate functions have declined over the years and never completely bounced back from the 2008. Social has bounced back strong.
