Pros
As with any company, there are ups and downs and good and bad. From someone who has spent numerous years within this organization (including resigning and coming back) I have seen it all. What I will tell you is that if you put in your time, this company will treat you more than fair and see the value in you as an employee. I have witnessed many people promoted from within over the years. These people worked hard and they deserved it. As with any job, if you don’t put in the effort, you won’t see the rewards. I have also witnessed the culture of this company continue to thrive and it has created something almost top notch from what I continue to witness on a daily basis. We truly have a work hard and play hard environment. After many years, I still enjoy coming to work every day (I also make it a choice to enjoy my job and am given the freedom to do so). Those who are not willing to adapt to constant change, typically will not last and decide to move on. Like any job/company, it's not for everyone. This company deals with change daily and because of that, we have survived and continue to grow.
If you want a company where hard work will be rewarded, this place is for you. This is a company that truly cares for their employees and will take care of them but it is a two way street. If you are looking for just an 8-5 position and expect something for nothing, most likely not the place for you.
