      - Great leadership - Motivated company, growing rapidly - Endless opportunities to create new initiatives, promote operational enhancements (don't have to jump through a million hoops) - Family feel, you are a member of the Prenger family, not a corporate number -

      No shortage of excellent clients to work job orders. H1-B staffing was big there.

      Cons

      Dog eat Dog enviroment. Training? Nahh, you jump right in. It's not necessirly a bad thing, because it's sales.

      I am an entrepreneur at heart, so I enjoy the small company feel with big company pros. Lot's of room for growth and to a make the job your "own"

      As with any small companies, there are some things that are a bit unorganized. However, isn't every company?
