Great brand, passionate shoemakers, nice owners but company is still in its early stages in the US market.
Pros
Great Brand, Great Health Benefits, Discount, Easy to sell. They do try to create a family atmosphere to keep employees happy.
Cons
Half your salary as a manager relies on commission which may be impacted by external factors i.e. Weather, low traffic They are not competitive in pay and a lot of confused upper management. There is always trying something out or winging it. Lack of communication, right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Old register system, a lot of operational work relies on paper trail, mediocre managers being hired under mediocre supervisors. It's like the blind leading the blind. If you're looking to advance in your career and you have experience in high end retail management just know this is more for people that are just starting out. It's all the company can afford.
