Cons

there isn't much structure into approaching interns, processes, development path, evaluation at start and end of the experience, however you do get to learn along the way and not just "to serve coffee" type of internship

Corporate management always looking to lay blame on Regional team for under performance and refused to acknowledge their own accountabilities. Always the blame game. Way too political at the top with most senior people protecting their own jobs. No integrity!!
