      Nice colleagues who try their best to get the work done despite no clear direction from the top management.

      Cons

      The President has no experience, don't seem to know what he is doing, no clear direction and absolutely no understanding for leadership

      Very stable company (50yrs) producing great shoes and having high brand awareness.

      Cons

      Family-owned fact is very good, but of course has some odd sides. On the other hand there will always be odd sides.
