      Pros

      My first job and I couldn't be more happy! This company really cares about their employees and since there are few employees per location, you really build a familial connection with your co-workers which is a very rare thing in retail.

      Cons

      Nothing really. Commission part of salary could be lacking during slow periods, but that happens everywhere really
