      The Best Manager Ever!! Great Benefits, including gym reimbursement. The employee discount is 60%, also a free pair of shoes per season WOWWW..I love it!! BEAUTIFUL SHOES!!!

      Small company still. I do not see many opportunities of career growth :(

      Easy product to sell once on customers foot. Use to get free shoes. Worked for the US division of ECCO.

      Cons

      Pay structure constantly changing. Once the company went to commission the rate was not competitive. Employees not valued.
