      Generous employee discount! Excellent benefits package! Gym reimbursement! Tuition reimbursement! Total upward mobility with expanding U.S. market. Feel good about selling a quality product.

      Company has HIGH standards for world class customer service and even higher standards for mystery shop scores, some not up to the challenge view this as a negative.

      - A lot of shopping benefits (if you are a woman) - Team is very young and international - Family owned company

      Cons

      - There is no stability, each week or every 2 weeks people are leaving the company. - There are no trainings for new employes. - Frustration level is very high and employes get easily ignored by their team leads or by the management
