      Nice quality shoes but the company is run incredibly badly. It was the first job I ever quit!

      Pros

      Great employee discount (60%) and 1 free pair of shoes/season. The people I worked with were fine but by the time I left (4 months) the entire staff had turned over.

      Cons

      There are never any sales or promotions so business was VERY slow because there was no incentive to shop there. Terribly disorganized and mean upper management. A lot of promises and no action.

      Pros

      Excellent product line with substantial marketing to back up the product. Product had a unique fit that equated to comfort. The design of the golf shoes were unique at the time. Easy to sell in and it sold through when positioned correctly.

      Independent rep w/ no benefits.
