Pros
Generally work is relatively easy, customers are usually older and generally more respectful than in other retail jobs If you're going for full time and committed to the role then becoming a manager is very achievable Managers were generally flexible when it came to days off
Cons
Still on minimum wage after years working here Bonuses and sales incentives are talked about but amount to almost nothing A bad manager or coworkers can make work very unpleasant
