Pros
Nice coworkers, possibility of learning about shoe making and construction, but that's all the goods.
Cons
The most terrible management I've ever experienced, they will cut your hours without any good reason and even without letting you know in advance. No commissions and very high targets put on the store which are in general difficult to meet. If you're a flexible employee, they'll do with your time as they please, but when you need something from them, they'll just ignore you. I don't recommend this place at all.
