-Actually, From my experience working there, there's no significant cons for me. The salary is reasonable for my position, The team is incredibly good. But, the competition between store across the country may pressure a bit since the high management may push the team sometimes. However, just do your work properly, Everything gonna be alright.

- absolutely appalling management. Managers arguing with each other on shop floor infront of customers, one manager ruining the entire environment for the entire store, making up her own rules and not following store policy - manager hesitant to give free pair of shoes which i'm entitled to every seaosn - terrible pay - having to wait 2 months to receive full pay check is inconvenient and annoying - having to constantly upsell and receiving no benefits AT ALL (no commision, no bonus, nothing) - stuck up, rude, pretentious customers
