      Pros

      Great company to work for. There is a good family friendly culture. A lot of where I work is older software architecture but there is a thirst for new and better technology. It feels like a company that is doing really good things and truly cares about how they help their customer.

      Cons

      Benefits are okay, but not great. Distributed employees that I work with, but that's been the case for every company I've recently worked with.
