First off, If your company is squired by ECi know that they don't care about you, all they care about is your customer list. Be prepared to be outsourced. ECi Manufacturing outsourced all development jobs to who knows where. Employees were told that the outsourcing was an "internal restructuring" and customers didn't need to be told. There was no go forward plan after the restructuring. It's common for ECi people to promise the universe and deliver nothing. Or very little, very much later than what they stated. If your company is bought by these clowns start you job hunt now, there are much better companies to work for.

Senior management team so not live by the core values they are supposed to promote. unapproachable and barely visible HR in the UK Management do not lead by example and are never in the office on a Friday. communication is poor even at townhall meetings.
