      Literally, a "Great Place to Work"

      Pros

      Generous vacation and personal time, matching 401k, bonus potential, potential for employment with a business unit that is outside of your geographical area.

      Cons

      Long term employees tend to get complacent in regard to the company's mission/core values, often times business units share customers and there isn't always a unified front when it comes down to which unit should take responsibility for a particular customer need/request.

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere. Liberal vacation policy and at first, you have lots of autonomy. Pay is average for the industry and they offer benefits.

      Cons

      Their big push over the last year is in the name of accountability and transparency. But how it really comes out is having to document your every minute on the job and feeling like you are under a microscope. What it comes down to is a numbers game. It does not come down to what you know, but how many you help. You are encouraged to go the extra mile to help customers, but given flak if you clock the overtime without prior approval. There is ZERO work-life balance. It is just assumed you will check your emails after hours even though you are not on the clock. There are benefits offered, BUT THEY SUCK.
