Pros

Great people, family feel, casual office environment (you can wear jeans every day!), no micromanaging. Leadership attacks issues quickly when they arise and is always striving to make the company a top performing, great place to work.

Culture is awesome - people are aligned to goals and supportive. Communications are strong from senior management and senior management is very approachable. We have clearly defined mission, culture and goals which are embraced by the company. The company is a growth company and continues to hire and acquire.

Cons

There are still some in the business that are not high performers and need to be changed-out. There is also a high degree of change in the business, which you have to be comfortable with.
