      Pros

      Not stressful work. Pretty good about allowing time off for emergencies.

      Cons

      Poor direct management, really bad communications to offices, bosses who just dont seem to care.

      Pros

      The culture is by far one of the biggest pros. It is a super engaging work place and you truly feel like part of a team working on accomplishing common goals. Very up front and honest management which is also a huge plus for me personally. There is great communication between the entire company which is key for success.

      Cons

      ECi spreads across multiple divisions and it can be tricky understanding how other vertical markets work. Very minor con nonetheless!

      Pros

      Great training, and a great culture. They don't micromanage anyone. They are giving us a lot of tips how to run our business and I think this change is for the best. It's really helping our business grow.

      Cons

      There aren't many bad points about ECi that I experienced so far.
