The carpet in the Melbourne office is great, it's a nice dark grey colour!
Cons
Horrible management with no real idea, and just want to hire yes men and women to stroke their ego's. You only need to look at this companies deplorable NPS (-28) to get an idea of the culture within, that's driven by egotistical and insecure outdated management. You can have a dog as a mascot all you want, that does not mean you have a "great culture"! Pay is simply WAY below industry standard, and if you request and pay review (on merit) you will be bullied in to resigning. Awful company, deplorable culture, horrendous management, glad to no longer be there!
