Where should I even begin. I worked here full time for 4 years and it started off so-so and got progressively worse. The benefits are horrible, especially the health insurance. Everything is out of network and the prescription coverage is garbage.
Division level management is a complete cluster with Presidents and VPs being close-minded and completely ignorant of good business practices, including how to provide basic customer service. Their attitude is "get the sale and bind the customer into a contract." Then once it comes to light that the customer didn't get what they thought they would, ECI throws that in their face and says "too bad it wasn't specified in your contract." If you like taking abuse from customers due to a lack of sales ethics, I guess ECI is right for you!
Want managerial support? How about mentorship? You'll get neither one at ECI. Not that managers have the skills to train their staff anyway, since ECI prefers to hire young, cheap and stupid as opposed to seasoned, experienced professionals who know enough to know their own worth for one thing.
And let's talk about salary! The salaries range from 40k to 75k for the exact same role in some cases. If you absolutely have to work here, ask for the higher number. And don't plan on getting a yearly raise. That went away with COVID.
