It is a great company to work for and they really look after their employees well. Everyone seems upbeat and willing to help out where they can. It's great being able to have ideas and implement them for the good of the business!

Cons

Communication between certain teams could be better, for example some teams can take a while to get back to others on work related projects and or meetings and this can hold others up within what they strive to achieve and deliver for the company.

ECi is a company that really try's to look out for its employees. There is a wonderful vibe in the office environment that has been accomplished by the company putting their employees first. Management have a great balance of being firm on their employees to get the best for the company, which in the long run will benefit everyone, but also being very kind, friendly and approachable for any employee. The company also offer great benefits to its employees

Cons

Sometimes I feel as though there are a lack of opportunities' within the company. I believe this could also be classed as a positive as the company has great employee retention meaning sometimes opportunities just are not an option
