Aussie team are great to deal with

Cons

Key member in the international team has a real god complex where it was very hard to get help without being belittled. He'd always insist he was right, and took effort to say you were wrong and point out how dumb you were.

Pros

People were friendly, office space was unique

Cons

Support technicians had very little opportunity for advancement. When I was brought in the manager stated that he knew that I was overqualified. Although I did have the opportunity to advanced to a more senior technician role, my background was database development and the roles that became available that I applied for, I received a standard rejection letter. Not even a courtesy interview and I had over 20 yrs of database development experience.
