Commission structure has changed and made it almost impossible to hit quota, asking to achieve high er numbers but being paid out less on what you sell

A good entry level job.

Cons

Pay is below industry average. Management is not good nurturing talent. In remote setting this becomes very important. Goals are unrealistic Favoritism Travel required to really be successful in the role.
