      Pros

      Culture, advancement opportunities, and satisfaction of day to day work.

      Cons

      Sales organization seems to be poorly managed, teams within the division essentially compete agains each other and the upper management doesn't seem to understand how to fix problems within the division.

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely helpful and approachable, all divisions work as a team and no one seems too important to be contacted to work with. Sales kick off is a fun way to meet colleagues around the world and network.

      Cons

      There isn't really a con if you enjoy engaging in training, Challenger training, online follow up training and in person training. This is all to help foster an team environment as well as individual, participation is expected.

      Great Company to Work For!

      Pros

      There are too any good things to say about ECi. The company has great benefits, the ability to work from home, the teamwork is amazing, managerial aspects are spot on (always working with you and congratulating you on achievements), the list just goes on and on. From the start, they have been ensuring my success in the company!

      Cons

      I honestly don't believe there are downsides.
