      Pros

      Supportive teammates, transparent leadership and a community of people that act with kindness and professionalism.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than others in the market. That said, the market is volatile and the lower comp is outweighed by all that ECI has to offer.

      Good organization overall - many gaps between cross-functional departments - lower management is not good.

      Pros

      Better than average pay, Overall benefits and compensation package is good.

      Cons

      Terrible solution - in the bottom 1/3rd of the market but expensive. Difficult to sell and leadership doesn't have a good plan as far as product roadmap. Some of the managers are inept at best and can be very unprofessional as well.

      Pay is pretty good but not for the long hours you have to work.

      Cons

      Stressful, long hours, manager was great though.
