      A good entry level job.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average. Management is not good nurturing talent. In remote setting this becomes very important. Goals are unrealistic Favoritism Travel required to really be successful in the role.

      Co-workers are very helpful and team collaboration is sought after.

      Cons

      The insurance is super expensive and not very family friendly. In order to pay for the health insurance for my family, I had to get a second job just to afford living.
