      Pros

      Even though I've only been here a short time, I've been impressed with the Onboarding process, which is well organized and gives you the resources you need to succeed in your new position. Teamwork occurs when the director, manager, and mentor pay close attention to your progress, your needs, and are always willing to listen to you and, if necessary, improve the process.

      Cons

      If you are not willing to travel 80% of your time, then I would say that may be a disadvantage for some, but as companies after COVID prefer most meetings to be remote, this may change.

      Pros

      Managers are engaged, care about you as a person, want to see you improve in your role. Other department team members are always willing to help wherever needed on a project, and are cheerleaders for success. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Would benefit from more performance reviews and insight into career growth.
