      Pros

      They have a great culture and family atmosphere. The management does the right thing on behalf of our people. The mission is clearly defined and the senior management team is transparent about the performance of the company. We have a strong and loyal customer base that many of us have become friends with over the years. I love working at ECi.

      Cons

      it's usually easy to manage work life balance, but there are times when that's more difficult.

      Pros

      Some people build a career by moving from job to job. ECi however is a global company with many diverse products and teams. I have been able to build a career by moving through ECi from team to team and product to product and gain diverse experience. I've rubbed elbows with programmers from all over the world! I am not finding myself in need of working any where else, and am highly satisfied with my employment here.

      Pros

      Very flexible environment with great people. Management intended to create meaningful culture and values, although difficult given the shorter-term focus of the ownership group.

      Cons

      Private equity ownership group with shorter-term focus. This created a scenario where management had to dance the line between making decisions with a long-term perspective and meeting the expectations of the private equity group.
