      PE backed company poses many challenges

      Decent culture, decent pay, work from home supported.

      Cons

      Way too much politics. No clear direction. No defined career paths. Terrible benefits well below other tech companies. Company changes on a dime many times a year. Priorities change. They seem to be pushing people out based on what PE informs.
