They need to pay their employees a tad more. I hear this a lot. There seems not to be regular pay hikes to make sure you are in the correct and appropriate bracket for your role. There are yearly small raises which help but often not enough to keep up with society, For example, when salaries spiked as a result of covid due to the need for those sectors(online ecomm and etc). They are always pleasant to work with though and just a simple discussion resolves this.

This is an old school tech company with old school, and slow, ways of thinking and communicating. As with any growing company, there are challenges and growing pains, but most are manageable. Compared to other tech companies, ECI's benefits are poor and there are zero initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
