      Pros

      ECI takes care to hire great people. I truly work with some of the smartest and best in our industry. It is great to come to work every day knowing my coworkers are engaged in their work and truly care about one another and our clients. Working from home is certainly a nice perk.

      Cons

      Like many large companies, big wheels turn slowly. It is sometimes difficult to translate our client's needs into our corporate structure. Simple requests can get mired in bureaucratic processes.
