      - The team culture is very positive - New ideas are constantly encouraged - Work/Life balance is better here than any company I've been at before. - Great place to develop your career - Leadership is always asking for feedback.

      Cons

      - Coworkers can be too nice at times. If you are a stickler for blunt feedback, you may not enjoy that approach. - Like most growing companies, inter-department collaboration could be a little better.

      Pros

      It's a big company, but they're still listening to us little guys all the way at the top. There's a huge potential for growth and lots of ways to contribute. The benefits are great, the company doesn't overpromise, and it genuinely feels like every leader really listens to you. I have never felt so much job satisfaction as I do here.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little better, and...that's really the only complaint I have.
