      Relaxed atmosphere and they do a lot of fun events for employees

      Lack of communication and processes. The left doesn't know what the right nows. Horrible computer systems for a software company

      Pros

      The employees I work with have a great deal of passion for their products and the customers they support. The culture for most is one of teamwork and solving problems no matter how challenging. Management consistently reviews internal surveys and shares the performance of the company in monthly all hands to ensure everyone is connected to the success of the company.

      Product Management has been lacking for many years and it shows in the quality of our products.
