      The biggest benefit is that you get paid while driving to where ever you need to go.

      Cons

      Management expects you to finish heavy jobs every week in a specified amount of hours without considering fatigue.

      If you are self management, the job requirements are obtainable. The schedule is very positive.

      Cons

      There is lack of personal support. ECMD Inc. has focused its attention to new markets [Texas] and forgotten about all of the assets that made ECMD Inc. what once was. During my ten years covering Idaho, I had no vacation coverage and very little visits from Management. The pay is entry level while the job requirements are extensive.
