The faculty and staff are wonderful people who work together as a team. We Give students a second or third change at a career.

Flexibility: instructors are free to teach from just about any materials they like. It's a place to get some teaching experience.

AT the time, the college offered to teach 1st and 2nd year classes only.

Some great co-workers and occasionally helping students.

Cons

This job is high-pressure, completely thankless, and there is never a break. Time off is almost non-existent, upper management is manipulative and dishonest, and employees are treated like lemmings who are incapable of having an intelligent thought. There were a few occasions where being dishonest to students was encouraged. The pay that employees receive is not worth the stress and negativity that come with the experience of working there.
