Too much work load. No spring, summer, and winter recess. Almost no holiday.

Some facilities are managed in professional manner.

Cons

The college in Charlotte is particularly poorly managed...and, consequently, there is a revolving door of employees. If you get on the wrong side of the campus president, and he doesn't seem to have a "right" side, your career is doomed. Most employees simply leave, as I did.
