management is HORRIBLE NO RESPECT for employees lack of lab equipment for students more of a telemarketing job

Pros

Work inside and get to help people get a degree. Nice co workers and pay is not bad. You do get some weekends off.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Time off is a joke. Repetitious work, basically you are a telemarketer disguised as an admissions rep.

Helping the students who really want a better life feels good. I work with some really nice people I feel respected

Cons

Alot of favoritism!!!!!!!!! Managers have their favorites and it is not based on work ability or effort therefore alot of hard working people don't get the raises or recognition they should.
