Terrible pay at $14 an hour for a ton of manual labor work. Certifications they offer raise pay by $0.50 an hour, not worth it for more work. They don’t care about you, even though they say they do, because if you leave they will have someone else new which is also why the pay is so bad. Doing important work, foundations of building, reading blue prints, and inspecting important stuff, all for a terrible pay. They have you carry dirty, heavy stuff and make you transport it to every site. Make the lowest paid people, field techs, do all the dirty labor work and charge the sites around $50/hr while giving the field techs $14/hr. Reaping all the profits for your hard work 👎.

There are no advancement options, unless you are an engineer. The company is mediocre, at best, competing with new companies that offer much more to their employees. Policies and procedures are constantly “changing”. IT needs to get themselves together, the programs are constantly crashing or being updated.
