Laid back environment. Easy work.

Cons

Pay is laughable. False promises of quick promotions and pay increases. Almost impossible to get consistent 40 hours a week.

Bad Company for field techs

The benefits here are decent especially medical

Cons

The job is not worth the pay. The scheduling is horrendous. Half the time you get a call in the middle of the day saying they need you at another site while you are trying to keep up with two sites already. Drive your own vehicle. ECS takes on more jobs than the techs can cover but expects the techs to know everything about every site. Next day reports are not awful but annoying.
