Great Place to Get Trained for Future Employers

Pros

National engineering firm so Clients don't always come from your location. ESOP is a nice recruiting tool (if you stay long enough to benefit).

Cons

Horrible work culture that starts all the way at the top. Puts more emphasis on bottom line margin and less emphasis on employee. Mileage reimbursement is not meant to supplement wages.

Pros

You don’t have someone hovering over you all of the time. If you use your own vehicle you receive gas mileage pay. The base pay is pretty good (it could be better)

Cons

When I first started it was decent. Good hours and was told which house lots or which concrete testing location to be at. Then it got where you had to take multiple pictures add them to your report and email to the supervisor. The office people load everything on you and rarely help in the field. They mainly play ping pong and eat at the office
