Pros
Began as a very positive experience. Educational opportunities onsite; learning opportunities are everywhere. Scheduling requests are usually honored, but recent policy changes prevent co-workers from switching shifts if needed. Many resources and decent benefits, and everyday brings something new.
Cons
Management provides little to no staff support; many supervisors are too job-scared to stand up for what is morally correct. Meetings are held constantly to discuss issues, yet it seems nothing is ever fixed. Leadership fails to see the big picture while micromanaging to no end. Look at the recent turn-over and retention rate. Work-life balance is poor; workplace environment and employee moral has continued to worsen.
