Pros

Good employer, decent extra benefits. The coworkers were great. Most people work together to get the job done and make sure patients stay safe.

Cons

Low pay for non-clinical roles. Benefits are disappearing. There are a lot of folks feeling taken advantage of. The message from leadership is be thankful you have a job.
